purchased a New Dyson V12 Detect™ Slim cordless vacuum cleaner from the Dyson Akasya store. My bank would normally give me 500 TL Chip Money for this shopping, but I could not make this gain. Again, after a long struggle, I talked to Dyson customer service Akbank etc. and I learned that Dyson Akasya store is in the product sector. entered as ''. A product that should normally be entered electrically and electronically is entered in an irrelevant way due to poor quality of service and poor accounting. I returned the product and bought it again from the same store, still the same problem, I could not win the 500 TL chip money that I should have earned. And the product is out of stock, so I can't buy it from any other store. I am in a loss of 500 TL because of Dyson Akasya and they could not solve it even by talking to the accounting. My bank said that Dyson Akasya should completely cancel its agreement with the bank and make it all over again, so basically the service quality is on the ground and the funniest part of the job is that I experienced a similar incident on dyson.com.tr in April. The ventilation device I bought there was entered as furniture and decoration. Afterwards, they took 40 days to return it. Dyson Akasya and dyson.com.tr are regrets. If you are going to buy these products, buy them from other known electronics stores. This is the situation that I have experienced twice. In this case, what I expect from Dyson acacia is the compensation of my 500 TL loss.
