I really regret buying Dyson. The technical service and customer service in Turkey are very bad. I have been dealing with the Dyson Gen5 Detect Absolute vacuum cleaner since December 16, 2023. First of all, the machine I bought turned out to be defective. Then they sent me a different machine than the one I bought, with missing parts. There were even bristles inside this machine, and it was obvious that it had been used. I stated that I would not accept this machine and wanted to return it. On February 1, 2024, I delivered the machine to the cargo company they worked with, and on February 5, 2024, the machine I sent was delivered to their warehouse. The legal process for returns is 7-14 business days after the machine is delivered. However, today is March 22, 2024, and the money has still not been refunded. I have photographic records of this entire process. We trusted the Dyson brand and paid money, and we experienced so much inconvenience.
