Deposit Missing for Two Months Despite Successful UPI Payment

I deposited ₹2,999 into my Instamatch account via the UPI app “ABCD UPI” around two months ago, but this amount has still not been added to my Instamatch balance. The money was successfully deducted from my UPI account, and I have the transaction reference details and screenshots as proof of payment. I contacted Instamatch customer support regarding this missing deposit, and they have repeatedly told me that the transaction is “in progress” for more than two months now, without any real update or resolution. This long delay for a simple deposit is causing me serious inconvenience and makes the platform feel unsafe for handling money. I request that Instamatch immediately credits the ₹2,999 to my Instamatch account without any further delay, or at least clearly explains and resolves the issue based on the transaction details I can provide.
