On 26 May 2026 at around 4:12 pm, I deposited 2000 INR via UPI to my Jalwa game ID, but the deposit has disappeared and has still not been credited to my account. The payment was successfully deducted from my side, yet my game balance has not been updated. I contacted Jalwa customer support and they replied that the deposit was not received, even though the amount has already been taken from my account. This situation is causing me serious inconvenience, as I trusted the platform and expected an instant credit. I kindly request that my 2000 INR deposit made on 26 May 2026 at about 4:12 pm be urgently located and credited to my Jalwa game ID, or that the full amount be refunded to my original payment method after proper investigation. I also expect a clear explanation of how this issue occurred so that it does not happen again.
