I Face Ongoing Water Leakage Problems With My Karcher SC 3

I purchased a Karcher SC 3 steam cleaner, and it has had a water leakage problem since the first day I bought it. Despite taking care to use it correctly, the water continues to leak during use and this prevents me from using the device efficiently and safely. Because of this ongoing problem, I sent the device to the authorized service in Halkalı, Istanbul, on 08.01.2025 and again on 26.02.2026. However, although it has been in service twice, the water leakage issue has still not been resolved, and the same problem continues. As the malfunction has existed from the beginning and could not be fixed despite repeated service attempts, I request that my Karcher SC 3 steam cleaner be replaced with a new, fault-free device or that a full refund be provided.
