I made a deposit of 1,000 via Navi Pay using UPI from my Bank of Baroda account to my Bdgwin game wallet on 26 May 2026, but the amount has still not been credited to my Bdgwin account (ID: 6493***). The payment was successfully debited from my bank, yet my game wallet balance has not been updated. I have already contacted Bdgwin/Navi Pay customer support about this issue, but despite this, I have neither received the deposit in my game wallet nor a refund to my bank account. There has been no effective resolution so far. I request that the 1,000 either be immediately credited to my Bdgwin game wallet or fully refunded to my Bank of Baroda account, and that this issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
