The filter error persisted despite following the cleaning instructions. After two phone calls to customer service, I was told that the filter warranty was only one year and that they couldn't replace it for free. I then contacted the Ministry of Industry and Trade's State Consumer Rights Protection Service, who informed me that the minimum warranty period for household goods is two years, or else I have legal rights. When I called customer service to report this, I discovered that my phone number had been blocked, and the call was terminated without a response. I received no response after attempting to contact Dyson via email with questions about the issue and the reasons for blocking my phone. I regret to inform you that my vacuum was not replaced under warranty procedures during the warranty period. I declare that, from now on, I will use all legal means to protect my rights and bring Dyson's unfair behavior to the public's attention.
