My Dyson V12 Keeps Showing “Airways Blocked” and Filter Still Not Delivered
I purchased the Dyson V12 cordless vacuum, and not even a year into use, it began constantly displaying the “airways blocked” warning—even after thorough cleaning. I contacted customer service, and initially, they didn’t take the issue seriously. But during a video call on March 13, they finally confirmed the problem was due to the filter and told me they would ship a replacement under warranty.
They said the filter was in stock, and I received an order confirmation via email and SMS. When I followed up on Monday, I was told it would be shipped Tuesday night. However, when I called again on March 19, they told me the filter is now out of stock and simply opened a request.
This kind of inconsistency is unacceptable. One agent says it’s available, the next says it’s not. WhatsApp support is unresponsive, emails go unanswered, and customer reps are clearly not communicating with each other. I was promised multiple times that the filter was in stock. The call recordings will prove it if any supervisor cares enough to check. I paid a premium price for this product, and it can’t even vacuum three rooms without giving a full bin warning—even when clean.
