I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding an ongoing issue with my Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner, which has yet to be adequately addressed despite multiple attempts to seek assistance. Since the day of purchase, my Dyson V12 has consistently displayed a filter warning error. I have diligently followed your support team's instructions during video calls and WhatsApp conversations, repeatedly cleaning the filter and cyclone as advised. Regrettably, each attempt to resolve the issue has proven futile, with the same filter warning reoccurring after every cleaning cycle. In October 2023, I reported the persistent problem once again. To my surprise, I was advised to replace the filter this time. However, the timing is suspect, as the suggestion conveniently came just after my warranty expired. It is disheartening to feel as though I have been misled and strung along for an entire year, only to be told to replace a seemingly faulty filter right after the warranty lapses. Upon further investigation, I discovered numerous similar complaints online, indicating that this is not an isolated incident but rather a chronic problem associated with the Dyson V12 model. I cannot accept the explanation that the warranty has expired by a mere one day, as it gives the impression that this is a new issue. It is evident that I have been dealing with a recurring problem from the moment I purchased the product, a problem that I have dutifully reported to your team on at least five occasions. Considering the documented history of this recurring issue and the fact that it appears to be a widespread concern, I request an immediate and complimentary replacement of the faulty filter. I believe this action is not only fair but also crucial to maintaining the reputation of Dyson as a reliable and customer-centric brand. I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter and a swift resolution to ensure the satisfaction of a loyal Dyson customer.
