I am writing to report a serious issue with my 1win account and to request an urgent resolution. My game ID is 85730847.
On February 15, 2025, I noticed that ₹10,000 had automatically disappeared from my game wallet balance. I did not play any casino games or place any bets that could have caused this loss. I carefully reviewed my account history but could not find any game activity or transaction that explains this deduction.
Despite this, my balance decreased by approximately ₹10,000 without my knowledge or consent. I contacted 1win support regarding this issue, but the amount has not been refunded and the problem remains unresolved.
I respectfully request that my account and transaction history for that date be thoroughly investigated and that I receive a clear explanation of where the ₹10,000 went. I expect that, after your investigation, the wrongly deducted amount will be returned to my game wallet as soon as possible.
