Dyson V12 Filter Error and Low Suction Persist Since Purchase

I purchased the Dyson V12 vacuum around 1.5 years ago, and from the very beginning, it has displayed a filter error and suffered from low suction power, despite the filter being clean. Dyson sent me a replacement filter once, but the problem remained. I even sent the vacuum to service, but it was returned with the claim that there was “no issue.” However, the issue persists.
When I contacted customer service, they questioned why I hadn’t reported the problem earlier. As a full-time worker, their limited hours (until 7 PM on weekdays and closed weekends) make it difficult to resolve the issue. They also require video calls for troubleshooting, which I cannot accommodate.
This vacuum has become useless to me, and I feel my money was wasted. For such an expensive product, Dyson’s customer service is extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend this product or brand to anyone. I expect a proper resolution, whether through repair, replacement, or a refund.
