I made a deposit of ₹2,000 (approximately $24 USD) via UPI to the Dmwin Sid platform, and this amount was successfully credited to my Dmwin game ID. About two minutes later, I made another deposit of ₹1,500 (approximately $18 USD) through UPI. However, this second payment has not been credited to my account, even after 24 hours.
The second transaction was completed using UPI, and I have the transaction/reference number: 397182265795. When I contacted Dmwin Sid support, I was told that the payment was rejected. However, from my side, the ₹1,500 (approximately $18 USD) was successfully deducted, and only this specific deposit is missing, while the earlier ₹2,000 deposit was credited correctly. Because of this issue, I am unable to use the $18 USD balance on the platform.
I urgently request that the $18 USD be immediately credited to my Dmwin game wallet without any further delay. If this is not possible, I request that the full $18 USD be refunded to my original payment method without any deductions. I expect this payment issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
