Dyson V11 Trigger Problem - Production Defect!

After about 1.5 years of owning my Dyson V11 Absolute cordless vacuum cleaner, purchased in 2020, the trigger mechanism broke down and was replaced under warranty. Today, 2 years after this repair, my vacuum cleaner experienced the same malfunction. When I contacted customer service, I explained the situation, emphasizing that this was a recurring fault, indicative of a manufacturing defect. Therefore, I requested that it be repaired free of charge. Despite opening a case and consulting their higher-ups, they insisted on charging a high fee for the repair. Many of my friends who also purchased this product encountered the same issue. Dyson's failure to address such a clear manufacturing defect has severely undermined my trust in the brand. Seeing the same generic response to all complaints further reinforces the perception that Dyson is indifferent to after-sales support. I hope this complaint prompts a more meaningful response than the standard "you are valuable to us and we will be in touch" message.
