Dyson V15 Keeps Shutting Off After 10 Seconds

I have been experiencing a self-shutting issue with my Dyson V15 upright vacuum cleaner for some time. The device turns off on its own about 10 seconds after being switched on, without giving any warning, making it impossible to use the product efficiently. Considering that this vacuum is priced much higher than its competitors—and seeing that many other users seem to have similar problems—I am extremely disappointed.

I purchased the product in August 2023 through Dyson’s official website. When I try to call Dyson customer service, I am unable to reach anyone due to long wait times, and as a result, I have not been able to receive any support for my issue. This problem has now started to disrupt my daily life and cleaning routine, so I urgently need a resolution.

I request that my product be inspected to determine whether it is defective, and that it be replaced or repaired if necessary. I also ask that the inconvenience I have experienced throughout this process be resolved as quickly as possible.
