Dyson V15 Detect Dust Bin Part Broken and Replacement Delayed

On 24.08.2025, the plastic part inside the dust bin of my Dyson V15 Detect vacuum cleaner came off, making the device unusable. I immediately contacted Dyson customer service and provided my order ID: 39196314. During the first call, I was told that the faulty part would be shipped within 3 business days. However, no shipment was made within that time. When I called again several times afterward, I was informed that the part was out of stock and there was no clear date for restocking. For the past 10 days, I have been unable to use my vacuum cleaner, and this has caused significant inconvenience. I purchased the product from Dyson’s official store on Trendyol, and it is still under warranty. Although no fee was requested for the part, the device cannot be used at all, and continued use risks dust entering the machine and causing further damage. I request that the replacement part be provided immediately, and if this cannot be done, I demand a full replacement of my vacuum cleaner. I expect Dyson to resolve this issue urgently.
