My Dyson V15 vacuum was purchased in December 2022, and the red seal inside the dustbin came off. After a video call with customer service, they assured me that the dustbin would be replaced and that all necessary actions would be taken. They promised to deliver the new trash can within three days at the most. I even double-checked, and they assured me that there would be no delay and that the item was in stock. (July 24, 2023) However, ten days have passed and no action has been taken. I called customer service again today, and they told me they didn't have the part in stock. Because it is an imported part, they were unable to provide a specific delivery date. A month of waiting is inexcusable. I urgently request that my complaint be addressed as soon as possible.
