Dyson V15 Detect Absolute Replacement Parts Supply Issue
I experienced a problem with the cleaning head of my Dyson V15 Detect™ Absolute vacuum and contacted Dyson customer service on July 18. During a video call, the device was checked, and I was told that the cleaning head would be replaced free of charge under warranty. However, for about a month and a half, I have been told that the part is out of stock and no replacement has been sent. The cleaning head has also been listed as out of stock for a long time on Dyson’s official website. I have contacted them multiple times and requested the replacement, but the product exchange was also refused. My vacuum is still under warranty until September 2025, and I have not had any issues with other parts or been asked to pay any fees. However, the delay in supplying the part has caused significant inconvenience. Because of this experience, I no longer recommend the Dyson brand to anyone. To prevent further delay and resolve my grievance, I request that my vacuum be replaced with a new one.
