On July 5, I submitted a warranty request to have the lower part of my Dyson V15 vacuum replaced. My reference number is 38383407. Throughout the process, I have been in regular contact with Dyson customer service, but I was repeatedly told that the part was out of stock and could not be supplied. I was never asked to pay any fees, only to provide my invoice, which I promptly sent.

It has now been over a month, and my vacuum remains unusable. This delay has disrupted my daily cleaning routine and caused significant inconvenience. For a premium brand, such an extended wait to obtain a warranty-covered part is unacceptable.

I urgently request that Dyson supply the required part without further delay so I can resume using my vacuum. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue to prevent any further impact on my daily life.
