I purchased my Dyson V12 cordless vacuum from Trendyol in October 2022. The serial number of my device is T8G-EU-RGJ4665A. For the past two months, every time I try to use it, the vacuum shuts off immediately after turning on. I experience this issue every single time — I have to restart it two or three times, and only after several attempts does it finally start working properly.
I haven’t used the vacuum heavily over the past three years, and I’ve always kept it clean with regular maintenance. I’ve never used any accessories or parts other than the original charger. I also haven’t yet contacted Dyson customer service or an authorized service center.
Although my warranty period may have expired, I’m disappointed that such a problem occurred after such light and careful use. I am requesting a free repair or product replacement and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
