I purchased a Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner two years ago, and the handle broke recently. I sent it in under warranty for repair, as I had also purchased an extended warranty. While I was initially pleased that the filter was replaced and the handle was fixed without any issues, a new problem started right after the repair—the vacuum now shuts off randomly during use. This was not an issue before the warranty service. Given how long the repair process took last time, I am incredibly frustrated and expect a prompt response from Dyson. Please address this issue immediately, as I cannot continue using a vacuum that constantly turns off on its own.
