Dyson V10 Trigger and Battery Issues Left Me Disappointed

I sent my Dyson V10 vacuum to the service center when the trigger broke, and in 2023, following their advice, I also purchased a replacement battery as they mentioned the original battery might wear out soon. I paid a total of ₺5000 at that time. However, the battery lasted over a year without any issues, and in December 2024, I decided to replace it proactively.
To my frustration, the new battery started flashing a red light, indicating a problem, shortly after the warranty expired. Now I’m left with a malfunctioning battery and wasted money. I feel deeply disappointed and let down by Dyson, as I trusted their recommendations.
Dyson must address this issue and provide a resolution, whether through a replacement or refund. Loyal customers should not have to face such costly and frustrating experiences.
