I bought the Dyson V12 vertical vacuum in November 2022, and by December 2023, it started malfunctioning. The vacuum wouldn’t turn on without several attempts, so I sent it for repair. The issue was covered under warranty. However, just one year later, in December 2024, the same issue happened again. This time, the service team told me my warranty had expired and demanded a 5,600₺ fee to fix the problem. I paid 12,000₺ for a vacuum that barely lasted two years, and now I’m facing the same malfunction with no support from Dyson. It’s frustrating that a product with a chronic issue and no user error isn’t covered under warranty. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be buying from Dyson again.
