I Had to Replace My Dyson V12 Battery After 2 Years

In 2022, I purchased a Dyson V12 vacuum directly from the brand's official website. It was meant to be a secondary vacuum in our home, so it was used very lightly. Despite the minimal usage, right after the two-year warranty expired, the battery completely failed.
What’s worse is that I trusted Dyson’s reputation so much that I even purchased an air purifier from them. I believed in the quality of their products. But now I feel taken advantage of. When I contacted Dyson support about the battery issue, they simply told me there was nothing they could do and that I’d need to pay ₺5000 for a replacement battery.
How can a battery in such an expensive device fail this quickly with minimal use—and without any responsibility from the company? If I have to spend ₺5000 every two years for a new battery, what’s the point of investing in Dyson at all?
I’m extremely disappointed and feel misled. Dyson should stand behind their products better and offer real solutions to loyal customers instead of passing the cost onto them. I demand a resolution to this issue—this level of product quality and support is unacceptable.
