I am a Dyson V10 vacuum user. About a month after I received the product, it broke down. When I pressed the power button, only the indicator lights came on, but the vacuum wouldn’t run — or it would start and then suddenly stop. When I called Dyson’s customer service, I was directed to technical support, and they sent me a replacement unit. However, a few months later, the same malfunction occurred again.
This time, I sent it back once more, and they replaced the main body before returning the device to me. I started using it again, but soon after, the same issue happened yet again. When I called the service center, they told me that my warranty had expired and that the repair would cost at least ₺3,000 — which they said was the estimated cost of the problem.
I don’t understand why I should have to pay for an issue that keeps repeating in the same model. Clearly, this series has a recurring defect. I deeply regret purchasing it. I paid a high price but keep facing the same problem, and I refuse to accept this as normal. I intend to share this experience on every possible platform, as many other Dyson V10 users are reporting the same complaint.
