I’m seriously let down by Dyson's customer care. I sent in my equipment, which was in fine condition, expecting to receive it back in the same state. But when it arrived, it appeared to have gone through the wringer. The protective film was dirty, the dustbin and main machine were scratched, and the metal filter showed screwdriver marks and dents. I was astounded by how much damage it had sustained. I've even got before and after images to prove how horrible it was. This level of negligence is unacceptably high for Dyson. I expect them to set things right by repairing or replacing my device at no additional expense. This entire thing has been a major headache, and I'm hoping Dyson steps up and cleans up the mess swiftly.
