I have been dealing with a nightmare situation involving Dyson officials since 25.02.2023. They initially sent me a defective product with a broken screen and charger. After a frustrating back-and-forth, they finally agreed to replace it. However, the replacement arrived scratched, with strange noises coming from the motor heads, and the screen still crooked and made of cheap plastic. When I contacted Dyson about these issues, their customer service representatives were unhelpful and even joked about burning the device out of anger. They suggested that I continue using the device despite the scratches and strange noises, which is unacceptable. I am incredibly disappointed with Dyson's poor quality control, lackluster replacement process, and unprofessional customer service. I say, think twice before purchasing Dyson products, once you are in the loop there is no way out.
