The Dyson product I ordered arrived in a damaged box, with tears and dents, and one part of the product was sticking out through the torn area. Despite providing video evidence during a call with Dyson customer service, I was informed that they do not offer box replacement services.
This is unacceptable. If the box cannot be replaced, the entire product should be exchanged. Additionally, the courier left the package at the building entrance instead of delivering it to my door. This lack of care does not align with the premium price I paid for this product.
I demand that Dyson replace my product and ensure careful handling during delivery. I will continue to share my dissatisfaction across multiple platforms until this issue is resolved.
