I Lost Suction Power on My Dyson Vacuum and Got a Damaged Unit Back from Service
My Dyson vacuum cleaner, which is still under warranty, worked perfectly for the first three months. After that, its performance steadily declined day by day. Every time I contact Dyson customer service, they walk me through a so-called “performance test” and dismiss the actual issue I’m experiencing. It took significant effort to even convince them to accept my device for service.
Eventually, I received an email stating that my vacuum had a “suction power problem.” Instead of resolving it properly, they sent the unit back with only one part loosely packed in a box. When the package arrived, it was practically torn open. The main body of the vacuum was scratched, and even the dustbin was visibly damaged. This is not what I expected from a premium brand.
Like many others, I trusted Dyson and paid a high price based on their reputation. But clearly, that trust was misplaced. It’s unacceptable to return a damaged and malfunctioning product under warranty with no meaningful repair done. I demand a full replacement of my vacuum immediately. Dyson, stand behind your name and fix this properly.
