Dyson Overcharged, No Installments, Delayed Refund!

they totally overcharged me for that thing and then wouldn't even let me pay in installments. Lame. it's been 45 days since I returned the product and I still haven't gotten my refund. This delay has been a real pain in the wallet. I couldn't pay off my credit card debt and now I'm stuck with a bunch of interest charges. So, I was told I'd get a sweet discount as a nice gesture, but it looks like that was just talk. I've been hitting up your customer service every day, trying to get some answers and fix my issue, but all I get are promises that don't go anywhere. Every time I call, they tell me they'll fix it ASAP, but then I end up waiting with no updates. Wow, this is just ridiculous. I'm so disappointed right now.
