When I bought the Dyson V15 on April 19th, I had great expectations, but little did I know that it would end up being a complete nightmare. I discovered that my credit card had been overcharged owing to a foreign conversion rate problem shortly after the purchase. I was so frustrated that on April 24th, I chose to return the item and ask for a refund. I had no idea that the return procedure would develop into an endless saga. My money has still not been refunded by Dyson after a full month. Are you serious? My hard-earned money is in limbo as the interest on my credit card amount rises. Absolutely absurd, that is! Even worse, Dyson is managing this procedure in a truly appalling way. They don't appear to care about satisfying customers or getting the problem fixed quickly. They have utterly ignored my repeated attempts to get in touch with them.
