Dyson V15 Detect Slim Refund Delay: Customer Service Fails to Return Money

Dyson has been such a pain to deal with. Can't believe how much trouble they're causing me. I bought the Dyson V15 Detect Slim on April 20th, but I ended up sending it back to the company on April 27th without even opening it. still haven't gotten my refund even though it's been 12 days and I have the return code 10000017231147. Whenever I call customer support, they keep telling me not to worry and that I'll get my money back soon, but the wait just keeps dragging on and on. For now, they're holding onto my hard-earned cash and I'm stuck paying off a credit card for something I haven't even received yet. That's not cool at all, this is not a cheap piece, the money they are keeping is mine. They already got back their thing!
