Dyson Delayed Delivery, Sent Mixed Messages, Regretful Purchase!

I put the order on May 11, 2023, it's been forever, still haven't gotten my stuff. I've been fighting non-stop just to get some answers and get this sorted out. I've been getting mixed messages from you guys and it's making me feel totally screwed over. Just so you know, I purposely bought the item from an authorized seller, thinking it would protect me from any issues, this experience has been a total nightmare and I seriously regret my decision. I gotta ask for a refund which I never thought I'd have to do. It's crazy to me that I can't do anything about this situation. Writing here, I thought you guys were gonna come through for me, but it's been nothing but problems, wrong info, and delays, this is so frustrating and has caused so much stress. It feels like we're wasting so much time trying to fix something that we can't even fix.
