Dyson Didn't Process The Order They Charged For

So, on May 25, 2023, I placed an order (number 7001158579) hoping to get my hands on my desired product ASAP. I had no idea that this was gonna be the beginning of a never-ending nightmare. it still hasn't been processed as of today, May 31st, been a whole week, no progress yet. Did they not get it? They got the money... I can't seem to get any info on why it's stuck. Whenever I ring customer support for an update, they never give me a clear answer. It's like talking to nobody. They don't know anything and can't do anything to help. They charged my credit card for the product fee on the same day I ordered it. They were quick to take my money, but now it seems like they're playing hide and seek when it comes to delivering the product or giving me a timeline for a solution.
