A year ago, I bought this expensive styler, and the attachment head started falling off and wobbling. I sent it to service, and they supposedly replaced the body and brush head, then sent it back. But the "new" product fell off my hair 4-5 times during its very first use!
I called customer service again, and they saw it falling off during a video call, so they took it back for service. Now, the service is claiming there's "no problem with the product"! Are you kidding me? Why would I send a perfectly fine product to you, just for it to tour Istanbul and come back? Even if I were lying, didn't customer service see the problem when they took it back for service?
When I call again, they tell me to "check it when it arrives and send it back if there's a problem." So, I'm supposed to send it to service a third time? Just keep the product then; there's no need to send it back to me for just two days! I'm utterly victimized and exhausted. I have special occasions coming up, and my hair styler isn't even in my hands because it's constantly going back and forth from service. I won't even send it for a third repair; they clearly can't fix it. I will directly apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and demand compensation for all my hairdresser expenses. No one should be subjected to this level of distress.
To top it off, your employees don't even communicate with each other. One says we can proceed with a video, another says no such method exists. We're literally being humiliated for our money. We trusted the brand and bought it. I wish I had just bought a ₺2,000 product instead; at least my money wouldn't have been wasted like this.
