Dyson Gen5 Vacuum Still Has Odor and Suction Issues After Multiple Repairs

Ten months ago, I purchased the Dyson Gen5 model, and I've had constant problems with its suction power and a bad odor coming from the filter. I sent the device to service, and they claimed to have fixed the suction and replaced the HPA filter due to the smell. However, when I received the product, the same issues persisted. I contacted customer service again and explained that the smell was not resolved and had spread to the motor area where the filter attaches. I sent it back to service for the second time. Today, I received an email stating that there was a cyclone blockage, which was cleaned, but now I’m being told to pay for a replacement to improve suction. This is unacceptable—my 10-month-old vacuum is still under warranty, yet it hasn’t been properly fixed despite multiple attempts. Now I’m being asked to pay for a solution. I’m extremely disappointed and regret spending so much on a product that has caused me nothing but frustration.
