eDreams Prime Unauthorized Charge
I recently discovered that I had been charged £99.99 on my PayPal UK account for an Opodo Prime annual subscription, even though I did not knowingly sign up for this subscription. The charge appeared on 23 February 2026, and the payment reference on my side is 82H87749CS2129305. The original booking linked to my travel was made through Opodo, not directly with eDreams. As soon as I noticed this charge, I tried to resolve the issue. For the last two days I have been trying to contact Opodo and eDreams by phone, but no one answers. I also wrote to Opodo by email, sharing all the details from my bank and PayPal statement, but they replied that they have no record of this charge, even though the £99.99 payment clearly appears in my PayPal UK account as an Opodo Prime annual subscription. I have already tried every contact channel I could find, including the contact details shown on the bank and PayPal statement, but I have not received any effective support or solution. I request that this unwanted Opodo/eDreams Prime subscription be cancelled immediately and that the full amount of £99.99 be refunded to my PayPal UK account. I also ask for a clear explanation of how this Prime subscription was activated in the first place without my explicit and informed consent.
