I am writing regarding an issue I experienced with BDG Game involving a deposit that has not been credited to my game wallet. On February 18, I deposited $12 using PhonePe UPI to add funds to the game, but the amount has still not appeared in my BDG Game wallet. The payment was successfully completed on my end, and I have the UTR/transaction ID and the UPI account details from which the payment was made. Despite this, my in-game wallet balance has not increased.
I contacted BDG Game support, and they instructed me to resubmit the request and select the “Deposit Not Received” inquiry option. However, even after following these instructions, my issue has not been resolved.
I request that my $12 deposit be immediately credited to my BDG Game wallet based on the successful PhonePe UPI transaction details and UTR number. I expect this matter to be reviewed urgently and resolved without any further delay.
