Dyson Customer Service Ignored Warranty Claim for Defective Gen5 Vacuum

On June 6, 2025, I purchased a Dyson Gen5 vacuum directly from Dyson’s official website. During the first use, the under-sofa cleaning attachment broke. Then, after using the device for the second time, I began to experience a constant filter error—it used to run for a long time at first, but now it gives a filter warning after only a short period. In addition, the outer surface of the vacuum has started to peel.

I have contacted Dyson customer service multiple times by both phone and live chat, but no real solution has been offered. I’ve only been delayed and ignored. Even though my product is still under warranty, my requests for a free replacement of the broken attachment or a brand-new product have been denied.

I am requesting that my issue be resolved immediately, that the broken accessory and defective parts be replaced free of charge, or that the entire device be exchanged for a new one.
