Dyson Gen5 Shows Blockage Warning After 1 Year Despite Proper Use

My Dyson Gen5 vacuum, purchased as the latest model, started displaying a "blocked airway" warning even though it’s been used carefully and kept clean. This is unacceptable for a premium product less than a year old. When I contacted Dyson, they asked me to send the main unit for service, but this leaves me without a vacuum during the repair process.

I own three Dyson devices, but this experience has made me lose confidence in the brand. A product at this price point should not encounter such issues so early, especially with proper maintenance. Dyson, I expect a quicker and more convenient resolution—either a permanent fix or a replacement—without leaving me without a vacuum for weeks.
