WePlay Account Recovery Blocked by Phone Number Verification


I have been using the We Play online game platform and I am currently unable to log into my account. My phone number, which was previously linked to my account, is now closed, and after changing my phone yesterday I completely lost access. Although my email is already bound to the account, I still cannot log in through email. I contacted We Play customer support about this issue but have not received any response so far. Because my phone number is no longer active, I have no way to receive SMS codes or verification via that number. I request that my We Play account be reopened and that the verification process be carried out via my registered email address instead of the closed phone number, so that I can safely regain access to my account.
