I purchased a Dyson Gen5, and despite regular maintenance, it started displaying a "airway blocked" error in less than a year. I contacted Dyson customer service, and after a video call diagnosis, they created a service request. I shipped the vacuum via courier as instructed.
The authorized service center determined that the motor was faulty, replaced it, and sent the unit back to me. However, just 2-3 weeks after receiving it, the same issue occurred again. I reached out to customer service once more, underwent another video call troubleshooting session, and had to insist on opening a new service request.
Now, they are asking me to send it in again, but the issue remains unresolved after multiple repairs. I have been without a vacuum for over a month, and Dyson’s lack of proper follow-up and urgency is unacceptable.
