Dyson Gen5 Keeps Failing Despite Multiple Repairs

I purchased my Dyson Gen5 vacuum from Hepsiburada in November 2023, and it has been defective since the day I bought it. When I first received the device, I experienced problems with the cyclones. Afterwards, the main attachment was replaced three times, yet the vacuum still fails to operate properly. During a video call with customer service, I was only offered temporary fixes instead of a real solution.
Additionally, I was asked to pay for another part replacement, even though I am legally entitled to a free repair or replacement under warranty.
Since November 2023, I have been facing ongoing issues and serious inconvenience. I am requesting that my defective vacuum be replaced with a different model, not another Gen5, as this model has caused me repeated problems. I expect my issue to be resolved under warranty, in a permanent and free-of-charge manner.
