Dyson V15 Dustbin Mechanism Broke—Warranty Denied & Unfair Repair Charge

I purchased my Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner about a year ago from Dyson’s official website, and the product is still under its two-year warranty. Due to a serious health condition, I have only used the vacuum around ten times. I’ve also performed regular filter maintenance. However, for the past three to four months, I’ve noticed that during each use, dust and hair no longer fall into the dustbin as they should. Instead, they clump up inside the cyclone system, leaving the bin almost empty. The device is failing to separate debris properly, which is far below Dyson’s expected performance standards. For a lightly used product, this clearly appears to be a manufacturing defect.
I’ve been trying to resolve this issue for days. I first called Dyson customer service, but the representative interrupted me and insisted this was a normal condition. During a video call, I was asked to show my filter, which was completely clean because I maintain it regularly. Later, I reached out via WhatsApp support; after waiting about 30 minutes, I was finally connected, but if I didn’t respond within one minute, the chat would automatically close. When I contacted them again today, they finally agreed to have me send the device to the service center. However, they mentioned that I might be charged a service fee — even though the product is still under warranty. How can Dyson charge extra for a one-year-old device still covered by warranty? Their attitude feels discouraging and unhelpful, and I haven’t received any clear or logical answers to my questions.
I will send my vacuum to the service center after documenting everything with photos and written notes. Under Law No. 6502, I am asserting my right to request a replacement device. My serial number is Z5W-EU-TCW9496A. If my request is denied, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.

I've been experiencing an issue with the dust bin on my corded Dyson vacuum since the day of purchase. The advertised cyclone technology and the promised one-touch dust bin emptying feature simply doesn't work for me. Instead of a clean emptying, dust scatters around, and some remains inside, forcin...

My Dyson V15 vacuum has been shutting off on its own for about a year now due to power interruptions. At first, it only happened once or twice, so I didn’t think much of it, but now it’s occurred seven times, and I can no longer use the device. I contacted Dyson customer service, and they told me to...
