Dyson Changed My V15 Detect Absolute With an Older One

I bought the Dyson V15 Detect Absolute cordless vacuum cleaner in February 2023. Unfortunately, the brushes that came with it began to break. They requested that I send the brushes for replacement after a video call with their customer service. I did so, and a few days later, they asked for the remaining product parts, assuring me that they would replace them with new ones. I also sent the extra pieces. However, when I received the new product, I discovered that it had different parts than my original unit. The product they sent me was made in 2021 and contained obsolete components. During a phone call, the customer service representative acknowledged the discrepancy but stated that they couldn't do anything about it. I have recordings of the phone calls. When I made the payment, I saw and bought the product in the store, specifically the 2023 model. Now I'm looking for my original machine and parts.

"They sent it a bit late. I was happy because my problem was resolved. I hope I don't experience another issue with my machine; the resolution process was very troublesome and stressful. Would I buy products from this brand again? Of course not. Instead of resolving an issue when it arises, they make you go through a hassle. This brand is not worth buying.
