I Can’t Use My Dyson V15 Detect Absolute for Months Due to Unavailable Spare Part
I purchased the Dyson V15 Detect Absolute cordless vacuum two years ago, and since November 2024, I haven’t been able to use it because the “Digital M...
I ordered the Dyson V15 Detect Absolute (HEPA) cordless vacuum cleaner on October 27, 2024, but it arrived with missing items in the box. After several calls to Dyson’s customer support, they insisted that the box contents should only include four cleaning heads (Fluffy optic cleaning head, digital motorbar cleaning head, combination head, and crevice tool). However, a screenshot I took from Dyson’s website on today’s date clearly shows that the box should include additional items. You can view the listed box contents on their website [here](https://www.dyson.com.tr/dyson-v15-detect-absolute?gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI-umzopXHiQMVY4toCR3m_i5vEAAYASAAEgLuV_D_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds). During one conversation about this discrepancy, a customer representative hung up on me (on November 4, 2024, between 17:30-18:00). I would like to note that I “fondly remember” this particular representative’s lack of professionalism. I then tried to find a store near me to see how the product was displayed. I could only find Dyson’s customer service number and, upon calling, was informed that customer service could not check in-store stock and that the stores did not have direct phone numbers. I was advised to physically visit the store to check the stock myself—an incredibly unhelpful and amateur approach. I also attempted to upgrade to a more equipped model and offered to pay the price difference, but Dyson informed me that they only accept product returns and do not process exchanges. While I cannot yet review the product itself, I can certainly comment on Dyson’s customer service: it is unprofessional, unhelpful, and dismissive. I am returning the product today and plan to escalate the missing box content issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board.

On June 21, 2023, I paid 19,999 TL for the Dyson V15 Detect Absolute cordless vacuum cleaner from the Dyson website. During my initial box inspection, I noticed that the spare battery, floor head, soft dusting brush, stubborn dirt brush, flexible crevice tool, and on/off switch button on the laser h...
I purchased the Dyson V15 Detect Absolute cordless vacuum from Hepsiburada on 13.02.2023. For the first 9-10 months, I never needed to use the turbo mode since I was always in auto mode. However, on 14.01.2025, I encountered a strange issue. The vacuum worked fine in turbo mode when the carpet and h...

I purchased a Dyson V15 Detect Absolute (U3B-EU-RME7413A) from a third-party seller on Hepsiburada using their postpaid option. Unfortunately, the vacuum cleaner malfunctioned, with the trigger button only working on the second or third attempt. On May 11, 2024, Dyson's service center deemed the pr...
I sent my Dyson V15 Detect Absolute vacuum to service on February 10, 2024, because the digital display screen never worked from the moment I unboxed it. The device was still under warranty, and Dyson processed a replacement. However, instead of receiving the same model, I was sent a Dyson V15 Detec...
