Deposit Not Credited After Successful Google Pay UPI Payment

Today I made a UPI payment of 500 rupees from my Google Pay account to my Pari Match account. The amount was debited from my UPI at around 12:10 pm and shows as credited from my side, but it has still not appeared in my Pari Match balance and has also not been refunded back to my bank. I do not understand why there is such a delay in either crediting the amount to my Pari Match account or refunding it, even though the transaction is successful on Google Pay. This situation is causing me inconvenience and uncertainty about my money. I request that my 500 rupees either be immediately added to my Pari Match account balance or refunded back to my original UPI payment source, and that I be informed clearly about the reason for this delay.
