Brand New Hoover H-DISH 300 Delivered With Broken Sprayer Arm

I purchased a brand new Hoover H-DISH 300 dishwasher on 22 May 2026 for my home in İzmir, Turkey, and it was installed by technical service on 25 May 2026. After the technician left, I checked the machine and immediately noticed that the sprayer arm was broken, even though the dishwasher has never been used. Since this defect was present from the very beginning and occurred despite professional installation, I am extremely disappointed that a brand new product arrived in this condition. Because of the holiday, the seller and service are currently closed, so I have not yet been able to reach anyone about the issue. I request that my Hoover H-DISH 300 dishwasher be exchanged with a new, flawless machine as soon as possible, without any additional cost to me. I expect this situation to be resolved quickly so that I can start using a properly functioning dishwasher.
