StarMaker Account Muted After Argument While Other Users Went Unpunished

I am a user of the StarMaker application and my ID is 13383699***. On 28/05/2026 my account was muted until 28/06/2026 after an argument that took place in a party room. When I entered the party room, two users immediately started abusing me on my ID. I first took my seat and, unfortunately, responded by abusing them as well. Afterwards I was removed from my seat, and the abuse from their side continued in messages. I also replied to them in messages. They then reported only one of my messages, and as a result my ID was muted, while their behaviour appears to have been ignored. I admit that I made a mistake by responding with abusive language, and I sincerely apologise for this. However, I believe the situation was not evaluated fairly, because the other users who started abusing me were not punished, while my account received a long mute. I have already contacted StarMaker support about this issue, but my mute is still active. I kindly request that you review the chat records of that party room on the relevant date, take into account that the other users initiated the abuse, and reconsider the penalty on my account. I am asking for my ID to be unmuted, or at least for the duration of the punishment to be reduced. I assure you that I will strictly follow the community rules from now on and will not repeat such behaviour.
