Dyson Airwrap Missing Filter Cleaning Tool — What to Do When Parts Are Missing

I purchased a Dyson Airwrap from the Epttavm website on June 22, 2025 (Order number: PTT-PJGVS7F2O-220625). When I received the product, there were no other missing parts or issues with the box—except for the filter cleaning tool, which was not included.

So far, I haven’t contacted Dyson or Epttavm customer service about this issue.
I request that the missing filter cleaning tool be sent to me as soon as possible.
