I Bought a Dyson Airwrap But Didn’t Receive the Filter Cleaning Tool

I purchased a Dyson Airwrap on 04.06.2025, and I was extremely disappointed to find that the filter cleaning tool was missing from the box. I still have both the original box and my invoice, and it hasn’t even been a full month since the purchase. Despite this, Dyson’s customer service refused to help simply because I may have discarded some of the inner cardboard packaging.

As someone who has used a Dyson Airwrap before, I know exactly what’s supposed to be included in the package—and this part was never there to begin with. I didn’t overlook it or lose it; it just wasn’t included. I carefully unpacked and checked everything again before contacting support, and the tool was definitely missing.

It’s incredibly frustrating to spend this much on a high-end product and not receive all the components, only to be met with a dismissive response. Dyson needs to take responsibility for missing items and provide the filter cleaning tool immediately without deflecting blame onto the customer. I expect full support, not excuses.
